Role Overview

- Recruitment, Licensing and Activation of IRDA Agents

- Maintaining Relationship with Existing Agents

- Responsible for Top and Bottom Line

We are looking for a motivated skilled with 2 years of experience in Motor/General Insurance to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and ensure smooth policy servicing and claims support.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate motor insurance business through agents, dealers, brokers, or direct customers





- Manage end-to-end motor insurance policy lifecycle (issuance, renewal, endorsements)

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, garages, and channel partners

- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and business goals

- Assist customers with policy queries and claim support

- Coordinate with internal teams for underwriting and claims processing

- Cross-sell and upsell general insurance products (motor, health, etc.)

- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
