About the role

You will own the visual side of our content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook and our website. One day it's editing a reel, the next it's a launch banner or a current product box. You'll work directly with the founder and the content team, so your work goes live fast and you see the results.

Responsibilities

- Edit short-form (reels) and long form (youtube) videos for social media and paid ads
- Create motion graphics, animated text and transitions for videos
- Design banners, thumbnails, static creatives and ad visuals for all platforms
- Support packaging and label design for new and existing products




- Maintain a consistent brand look across every channel
- Turn briefs and raw footage into finished, ready-to-post visuals

Requirements

- 1+ year of hands-on experience in video editing, motion and graphic design
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
- Working knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus
- A portfolio that shows reels, banners and ideally packaging work
- Strong sense of what performs on Instagram and YouTube
- Self-driven, fast, and open to feedback

Good to have

- Experience with a D2C or FMCG brand
- Basic understanding of Meta ads creative formats
- Interest in health and wellness content
