Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Modern Trade & Quick Commerce Manager based in Sangli-Miraj and Kupwad. The role involves managing relationships with modern trade retailers and quick commerce platforms, ensuring optimal product listing, visibility, and availability. The manager will oversee promotions, price negotiations, and in-store/online execution, while tracking sales performance and market trends.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with distributors and internal teams, resolving customer and partner issues, monitoring inventory levels, and preparing periodic sales and performance reports. The role also includes identifying growth opportunities,



leading merchandising initiatives, and implementing strategies to increase market share in modern trade and quick commerce channels.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Business Negotiation and Sales skills to manage key accounts and drive revenue growth.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, monitor performance, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Customer Service skills to build long-term relationships with partners and address operational issues.
- Experience in FMCG or food and beverage industry, particularly in modern trade and e-commerce / quick commerce channels, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work in office in Sangli-Miraj and Kupwad, with readiness for regular market visits and partner meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency in basic office and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, presentations) and familiarity with sales tracking systems.
