Asian Infotel Pvt. Ltd. (AIPL) is looking for a Microsoft Agent 365 Registry Administrator to support our USA based customer & support AI inventory and agent registry administration. The role will focus on agent lifecycle management, metadata quality, ownership tracking, approval evidence, risk classification, governance controls, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Agent Registry and AI Inventory
- Maintain agent ownership and lifecycle records
- Ensure metadata accuracy and quality
- Track approval records and supporting evidence
- Support risk classification and governance controls
- Prepare governance and operational reports
- Coordinate with business, technical, security, compliance, and governance stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and audit-ready AI/Agent records

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting AI inventory and agent lifecycle records
- Robust governance and documentation skills
- Experience with ownership tracking, approval evidence, and risk classification
- Strong stakeholder coordination and reporting skills
