About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented MEP Billing Assistant to manage project billing, documentation, and financial compliance. The candidate will work closely with the project and accounts teams to ensure timely and accurate billing, BOQ comparisons, and statutory compliance including GST and TDS.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process RA (Running Account) bills for MEP projects
- Compare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQs) against actual work
- Generate Purchase Orders (POs) and track approvals
- Handle TDS deductions and GST filings and compliance
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain ledger accuracy
- Maintain billing records, invoices, and project documentation
- Coordinate with site and project teams for quantity verification
- Support accounts team in month-end and year-end closing activities





Required Skills & Competencies

- Proficient in Tally Prime – mandatory requirement
- 1 to 3 years of Experience in MEPF industry
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, data entry)
- Sound understanding of TDS and GST provisions applicable to contracts
- Hands-on experience with RA Billing process
- Knowledge of bank reconciliation procedures
- Experience in BOQ comparison and quantity reconciliation
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
- Good organizational and documentation skills
