Meme Content Creator/Social Media Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and internet-savvy Memer who can manage our company’s meme page and turn everyday corporate situations, trends, and workplace moments into funny, relatable, and out-of-the-box content.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow the company’s meme/social media page with fresh and engaging content.
- Create corporate memes, reels, and trend-based content that are witty, relatable, and shareable.
- Spot trending memes, formats, sounds, and internet culture and adapt them creatively for the brand.
- Come up with original meme concepts around office culture, work life, employees, brands, and current trends.
- Handle a camera and participate in on-camera content creation whenever required.
- Shoot straightforward, spontaneous office content, reactions, skits, and meme-based videos.
- Collaborate with the content and creative team to turn ideas into high-performing content.





Requirements

- Comfortable handling a camera and shooting content independently.
- Experience managing or creating content for a personal/own meme page is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of memes, internet culture, trends, and social media.
- Good sense of humour, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to think beyond conventional corporate content and create unexpected, bold, and out-of-the-box ideas.
- Basic knowledge of video editing and social media content creation.
- Strong understanding of Instagram/Reels and what makes content viral and shareable.
