Role Description This part-time remote Member role supports Panorama Hospitality Group in developing and promoting its properties and hospitality concepts. Day-to-day tasks may include collaborating with team members on new initiatives, contributing ideas for guest experience improvements, helping coordinate digital communications, and assisting with basic administrative or project-related activities. The Member may also participate in virtual meetings, support documentation and information sharing,



and help ensure that brand standards and values are consistently reflected in guest-facing materials.

The role offers flexibility while requiring proactive communication and reliable follow-through on assigned tasks.

Qualifications

- Ability to collaborate effectively in a remote setting and contribute to shared goals across time zones and locations.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capacity to manage part-time responsibilities, meet deadlines, and follow structured processes.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
- Interest in hospitality, travel, or tourism, especially within South America, and an understanding of guest-centric service principles.
- Comfort with basic digital tools (email, productivity suites, online collaboration platforms) and willingness to learn new systems.
- Demonstrated reliability, professionalism, and respect for diverse cultures and backgrounds.
- Relevant education or experience in hospitality, business, tourism, or related fields is advantageous but not strictly required.
