Job Title: Medical Representative - Diagnostics & Nutraceuticals

About the Role
KPCIRC is looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Medical Representative to join our growing field sales team. You will be responsible for developing the assigned Delhi NCR territory, championing our advanced genomic testing platform (OnKommon), and promoting our specialized line of nutraceutical medicines. You will leverage your lab, clinical, and pharmaceutical knowledge to build strong relationships with specialist doctors, driving the adoption of our diagnostic and nutritional solutions while managing the complete sales cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Regularly conduct field visits to meet and build professional relationships with doctors, pathologists, and medical staff.
- Promote and detail OnKommon genomic testing panels alongside our specialized nutraceutical medicines using transparent, professional scientific communication.
- Apply your clinical and pharmaceutical knowledge to effectively explain the patient benefits of our advanced diagnostics and nutraceutical products.
- Manage the complete sales process from the initial doctor consultation to securing diagnostic test orders and product prescriptions.
- Coordinate logistics to ensure seamless sample collection and timely delivery of test reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for both diagnostic test generation and nutraceutical sales.
- Develop recent hospitals, clinics, and business opportunities within the territory.
- Track daily sales activities, client interactions, and territory progress accurately using HubSpot CRM.
- Participate in doctor meetings, CMEs, and promotional activities.
Doctor Specialties The candidate will primarily work with:
Medical Oncologists | Surgical Oncologists | Radiation Oncologists | Pathologists | Hemato-Oncologists | Other relevant healthcare professionals
Candidate Profile
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Biotechnology, Genetics, or Life Sciences (Mandatory).
- 1–4 years of proven B2B field sales experience in pharmaceuticals, nutraceutical medicines, or diagnostics.
- Solid foundation of lab, clinical, and pharmaceutical knowledge to engage meaningfully with highly specialized medical professionals.
- Prior experience or an existing network in oncology sales within Delhi NCR is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to discuss complex scientific concepts confidently.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for daily travel across the city.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Good discipline in reporting, field execution, and CRM management (HubSpot).
