This is a call-center based role involving both inbound and outbound calls, where you will guide patients through their surgical journey. /n The role covers two segments: /n ● High-End Surgeries : Cases like cardiac (bypass), cancer, etc. /n ● Post-Op / OPD Conversions : Follow-ups and converting consultations into surgeries. /n /n Key Responsibilities: /n ● Patient Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact, guiding patients through their treatment journey with transparent and empathetic communication. /n ● Consultation Management: Schedule and coordinate appointments, diagnostics, and hospital visits with doctors and facilities under Narayana Health. /n ● Medical Case Handling: Understand patient requirements and align them with the appropriate department, doctor, or treatment plan. /n ● Pre &

Assist with pre-surgery preparations and ensure timely post-operative follow-ups and care coordination. /n ● Inbound &
