Salary - 2.5L - 4.5L P.A

1. Medical Coding is the process of conversion of text information related to healthcare services into numeric Diagnosis (Medical Problems) and Procedure (Treatments) Codes using ICD-10 CM and CPT code books.
2. Review patient charts, clinical notes, discharge summaries, and other medical documentation.
3. Verify that assigned codes are supported by the clinical documentation.
4. Identify missing, incomplete, or inconsistent information and coordinate clarification when required.
5. Ensure coding is performed according to applicable coding guidelines and compliance standards.
6. Maintain accuracy and productivity within defined turnaround times
7. Review and resolve coding discrepancies, denials, and documentation-related issues
