? Mumbai | Full time, on-title engagement | Aavashyak Group:

India's productions are building real, well-resourced safety leadership into sets. We're looking for experienced production managers ready to move into Production Safety HOD, a senior, on-set leadership role, not a checklist job.

If you've run a set, you already have half the skillset. We'll train you on the rest.

? What you'll own:

? Lead the safety programme end to end, tech recce through set dismantling

? Run risk assessments and flag resourcing needs before activity begins

? Coordinate fire-safety coverage for stunts, pyrotechnics, and fire/burn sequences

? Oversee medical and first-aid readiness on high-risk filming days





? Be the person production leadership turns to for a fast, correct call

✅ What we're looking for:

? Background in production management or line production

? Comfortable leading tough conversations with department heads under pressure

? Open to being trained and certified in production safety

? Composure under pressure, this can't be taught as fast as the technical side
