? We're Hiring: Medallia Survey Specialist / CX Platform Configuration Expert

Do you live and breathe advanced survey design and customer experience platforms? We're looking for a hands-on Medallia expert who can build sophisticated research methodologies — not just standard surveys — and turn complex data architecture into actionable insight.

What you'll own:

? Program and deploy advanced methodologies — Conjoint analysis, MaxDiff experiments, and Segmentation Typing Tools — within Medallia's survey architecture

? Configure and manage Site Intercepts (web/mobile feedback tags & pop-ups) to target specific user behaviors in real time

? Manage Fuel Cycle integrations, syncing community insight data seamlessly with Medallia workflows

? Build advanced skip logic, branching, piping, and randomization into complex survey flows

? Own end-to-end QA — validate test links, verify data output, and ensure every survey is analysis-ready before going live





What you bring:

✅ 3+ years of hands-on experience configuring and administering Medallia Experience Cloud

✅ Proven expertise building Multivariate surveys — specifically Conjoint and MaxDiff models

✅ Direct, hands-on experience with Fuel Cycle integration workflows

✅ Robust command of web/mobile Site Intercept configuration and management

✅ Experience embedding brand Typing Tools for real-time customer segmentation
