Simsquare Engineering is looking for a motivated Mechanical Design Engineering Intern to join our growing engineering team.

This is an opportunity to work on real-world mechanical engineering and product development projects and gain practical experience in CAD, design, engineering documentation and manufacturing-oriented design.

? What You'll Work On

- 3D CAD modelling and mechanical component design
- 2D engineering drawings and detailing
- Product design and development support
- Design modifications and engineering changes
- Sheet metal and weldment design
- BOM preparation and engineering documentation
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) support
- Reverse engineering and design improvement
- Support engineering analysis and design reviews
- Work closely with experienced engineers on live projects

? What We're Looking For
- Currently pursuing or completed B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong interest in mechanical design and product development
- Basic understanding of engineering drawing and manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with SolidWorks / Creo / Inventor / AutoCAD or similar CAD software
- Good problem-solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and work on real engineering projects
- Good communication and documentation skills
