As a Maximo Developer - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients to deliver creative solutions within our Technology Consulting practice.

Your role will involve leveraging your skills in Maximo Consulting to support client needs and drive operational improvements. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow your personal brand.

Responsibilities

- Developing and implementing Maximo solutions to enhance client operations and asset management




- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate Maximo with existing enterprise systems
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and resolve complex technical issues within Maximo applications
- Supporting client engagements by providing technical expertise in Maximo development and integration
- Leveraging emerging technologies to optimize Maximo functionalities and improve client outcomes
- Managing project timelines and deliverables to align with client expectations and business objectives
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest Maximo features and industry trends
- Building and maintaining client relationships to understand and address their specific needs
- Applying solution architecture skills to design scalable and efficient Maximo systems
- Facilitating workshops and training sessions to enhance client understanding of Maximo capabilities

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
