Aniyor Marketplace is building a technology-enabled marketplace for the spiritual and devotional community. We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and people-oriented intern who enjoys working with vendors, coordinating operations, and executing marketing initiatives.

### About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized intern to help manage day-to-day marketplace operations while working closely with vendors to onboard them, improve their catalogues, and drive better offers and sales.

### Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Vendor Onboarding & Sales: Identify and approach potential vendors, pitch Aniyor, onboard new sellers, and build vendor relationships.

•⁠ ⁠Vendor Management: Follow up with vendors for KYC, compliance, catalogue updates, pricing, inventory, offers and promotions.

•⁠ ⁠Catalogue Management: Add and update products, images, descriptions, pricing, variants and inventory.

•⁠ ⁠Order Management: Monitor orders from confirmation to delivery and coordinate with vendors logistics partners and customers to resolve delays and exceptions.

•⁠ ⁠Vendor Growth: Work with vendors to create attractive offers, improve listings and increase sales on the marketplace.

•⁠ ⁠Compliance: Track KYC, FSSAI and other required vendor documents and ensure timely renewals.

•⁠ ⁠Issue Resolution: Coordinate on cancellations, returns, refunds, delivery issues and other marketplace operational issues.

•⁠ ⁠Reporting & Follow-ups: Maintain trackers, monitor pending actions and ensure vendors complete tasks on time.

Your typical day

Marketplace Operations (50%)





- Onboard and support new vendors
- Call and follow up with vendors for KYC, listings, and onboarding
- Coordinate product uploads and catalogue updates
- Verify product information and maintain marketplace quality
- Resolve day-to-day seller queries and coordinate with internal teams
- Provide customer support and ensure order completion
- Escalate customer queries to concerned departments

Marketplace Administration (30%)
- Maintain marketplace data and documentation
- Assist with operational reporting
- Support customer and seller communication
- Help improve operational processes and SOPs

Marketing & Campaigns (20%)
- Coordinate promotional campaigns and announcements
- Assist with social media and community engagement activities
- Ensure Vendor campaign participation and monitor performance and prepare basic reports
- Regular posting on Whatsapp Channels

Who Should Apply?

Ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing or having completed:

- - Bachelor's in Management (BMS/BBA)
- Bachelor's in Commerce (B.Com)
- MCA
- Bachelor's in Engineering
- Any graduate with a strong interest in operations, marketing, and startups

Preferred Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
- Comfortable speaking with vendors over phone
- Good organisational and coordination skills
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel




- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- ⁠⁠Highly organized and strong at follow-ups
- ⁠Proactive, responsible and comfortable working independently.
- Interest in digital marketing, marketplace operations, and customer success
- Good to have: Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, D2C, retail, sales, vendor management or logistics.
