Job OverviewWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Masseur & Ayurveda Therapist to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala.

The therapist will be responsible for performing Ayurvedic and therapeutic massage treatments as prescribed by Ayurvedic physicians and supporting various Panchakarma, detoxification, rejuvenation, and wellness therapies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform Ayurvedic, therapeutic, medical, and full-body massage treatments as prescribed by Ayurvedic doctors.
- Carry out localized therapies and specialized treatment protocols according to patient requirements.
- Support Panchakarma, detoxification, rejuvenation, and wellness treatments.
- Prepare treatment rooms, massage oils, herbal preparations, and other required materials.
- Follow prescribed Ayurvedic treatment procedures with care and accuracy.
- Ensure proper hygiene, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout treatments.
- Monitor guest/patient comfort and communicate any concerns to the appropriate medical staff.
- Guide guests and patients through treatment procedures and provide basic post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain accurate treatment records and follow hospital protocols.




- Coordinate effectively with Ayurvedic doctors, therapists, and other wellness staff.
- Maintain a calm, respectful, professional, and healing environment for guests and patients.
- Follow skilled ethics and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Formal training or certification in Ayurveda Therapy, Massage Therapy, or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in Ayurvedic, Therapeutic, and Medical Massage techniques.
- Knowledge of Shiatsu and other holistic massage techniques is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and massage contraindications.
- Practical knowledge of Ayurvedic treatment protocols.
- Familiarity with Panchakarma therapies is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in an Ayurvedic hospital, wellness center, resort, or spa is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact professionally and respectfully with guests and patients from different backgrounds.
- Strong commitment to hygiene, safety, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a medical and wellness team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours according to patient schedules and hospital requirements.
