We are looking for an experienced Marketplace Growth & Performance Manager to drive profitable growth of our Amazon business.

This is a senior growth role and not a routine Amazon PPC execution position.

The person will own Amazon Ads strategy, ASIN-wise growth and marketplace performance, while managing/guiding executives handling day-to-day Ads operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive ASIN-wise and category-wise sales growth on Amazon.
- Own Amazon Ads strategy, budgets and performance across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display.
- Improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS and overall advertising efficiency.
- Analyse sales, sessions, conversion, pricing, keywords, organic visibility and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Identify high-potential and underperforming ASINs and develop action plans to scale/improve them.
- Plan Ads and growth strategy for current product launches.
- Work with the e-commerce/content teams on listing, SEO, pricing and promotional improvements.
- Coordinate with Amazon/SBS/advertising teams and ensure relevant recommendations are evaluated and implemented.




- Prepare actionable weekly/monthly performance reviews and growth plans.
- Lead and guide executives responsible for daily Ads optimisation and reporting.
- Over time, provide functional guidance to marketplace Ads teams in UAE and KSA.

Candidate Requirements

- 4–7 years of relevant Amazon marketplace/performance marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads/PPC.
- Proven experience growing Amazon ASINs/categories, not only managing campaigns.
- Preferably handled ₹20 lakh+ monthly Amazon Ads budgets.
- Strong understanding of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, sessions, conversion and keyword performance.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with Helium 10 or similar keyword/marketplace tools.
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Strong ownership and commercial mindset with the ability to independently identify growth opportunities.

Preferred: Experience with Amazon Vendor/Retail models, large consumer brands or international Amazon marketplaces.
