We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on, and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong ability to translate marketing strategies into impactful on-ground execution.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of BTL marketing, customer engagement, events, digital platforms, and cost-effective campaign execution.

### ? KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

- Proven expertise in BTL Activations and On-Ground Marketing
- Strong ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute customer engagement activities, events, and marketing activations
- Excellent understanding of ground-level marketing initiatives and consumer engagement
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing, Social Media, and Online Marketing Channels
- Strong skills in budget planning, cost management, and vendor negotiations
- Experience in vendor, agency,



and stakeholder management
- Ability to develop campaigns focused on lead generation, customer acquisition, and footfall enhancement
- Solid understanding of local-area marketing and market-specific initiatives
- Ability to monitor and evaluate campaign performance, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop and implement innovative and effective marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication, coordination, and project execution skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and take ownership from planning through execution

### ? THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

Prior experience in the Automobile Industry will be preferred.
