Xtovia is a Hyderabad-based, science-backed haircare brand reimagining Indian beauty at global standards. Powered by our proprietary TriLayerX™ bond-repair technology, Xtovia is building a new generation of high-performance haircare for Indian hair.We’re a fast-growing brand looking for someone who wants to learn how influencer marketing actually works inside a growing D2C brand.The RoleAs an Influencer Marketing Intern, you’ll work closely with the marketing team to build and manage Xtovia’s creator ecosystem. You’ll get hands-on experience across influencer discovery, outreach, campaign coordination, content tracking, and creator relationships.This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role where you’ll be expected to take things forward rather than simply assist.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain Xtovia’s influencer database.
- Research and identify relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram and other platforms.
- Reach out to creators and manage initial communication and follow-ups.
- Coordinate product gifting, campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
- Track influencer responses, collaborations, content submissions, and campaign performance.
- Evaluate creator profiles based on audience quality, engagement, content quality, and brand fit.
- Help brainstorm influencer campaigns, seeding strategies,



and creator-led content ideas.
- Monitor trending creators, formats, and content trends relevant to beauty and haircare.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies.
- Work with the team to ensure campaigns are executed smoothly and on time.
- Support reporting and analysis of influencer campaign performance.

- Good understanding of Instagram and creator content.
- Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media, beauty, and D2C brands.
- Strong communication and follow-up skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to new people and initiating conversations.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple creators and tasks simultaneously.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proactive, resourceful, and willing to take ownership.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/Excel is a plus.
