Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Executive role based at Samford Super Speciality Hospital in Ranchi.

The Marketing

Executive will plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and community health initiatives.

Responsibilities include conducting local market research, identifying target audiences, and developing strategies to increase patient footfall and brand awareness.



The role involves coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, managing promotional events, supporting digital and offline marketing activities, and tracking the performance of marketing initiatives.

The Marketing

Executive will also prepare regular reports, maintain marketing materials, and ensure consistent, patient-focused communication across all channels.

Qualifications

- Ability to perform Market Planning and Market Research to support hospital growth and outreach.
- Strong Communication skills to engage with patients, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Sales and Marketing to drive patient acquisition and brand visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare marketing or service industry marketing is an advantage.
- Competence in using MS Office and basic digital marketing tools (social media, email campaigns, presentations).
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced hospital environment.
