Xplorewide is building a new-age travel company focused on creating experiences that go beyond conventional holidays. We are building a travel brand around curated group experiences, unique expeditions, domestic and international journeys, and content-led storytelling that inspires people to explore more. Along with designing and operating travel experiences, we are also building our presence as a travel media and content brand, where the journeys we create become stories, films, and experiences that people can discover and connect with.

We are now looking for a Marketing Executive to join us in this journey and help build Xplorewide’s digital presence from the ground up. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to be closely involved in building a brand, experimenting with ideas, creating content, and understanding what makes people stop scrolling and actually want to travel.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage Xplorewide’s social media accounts and maintain a consistent and engaging brand presence across platforms.
- Plan, create, and publish social media content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and other digital formats.
- Work closely with the team to develop creative content around our destinations, group trips, expeditions, campaigns, and travel experiences.
- Contribute ideas for content campaigns and current ways to showcase the Xplorewide brand.
- Identify and make use of relevant social media trends, formats, sounds, and content opportunities.
- Work towards increasing our social media reach, engagement, followers, and overall digital visibility.
- Monitor social media performance and understand what type of content is working and what needs to be improved.
- Assist in creating content during our trips and experiences, including coordinating and capturing material that can be used across our digital channels.
- Collaborate with the wider team on marketing initiatives, campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.





What We’re Looking For

- 6+ months of professional experience is mandatory. Freshers will not be considered for this position.
- Prior experience in marketing, social media, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Experience in the Travel & Tourism industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and current content trends.
- A creative mindset with the ability to come up with fresh and engaging content ideas.
- Good understanding of what makes content engaging, shareable, and relevant to an audience.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
- Someone who is proactive, enthusiastic, and comfortable taking ownership of their work.
- A genuine interest in travel and storytelling will be a strong advantage.

We are not looking for someone who simply wants to manage a social media calendar. We are looking for someone who wants to actively participate in building a travel brand, contribute ideas, experiment with content, and help shape how Xplorewide is seen and experienced online.

This is an onsite opportunity based in Gurgaon, and the selected candidate will work closely with our team as we continue to grow the company, launch new travel experiences, and build our content and media presence.
