Role Description: The Marketing Engineer role is a full-time, in office position based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit major B & C-class customers in Pharma, Paper & Pulp, Fertilizers, Sugar, Ethanol, Food & Beverages and Process industry sectors.
- Generate enquiries and convert them into purchase orders.
- Maintain customer database and equipment data bank.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Demonstrate strong communication and analytical abilities.
- Develop market intelligence reports on competitors' products, pricing, and promotions.




- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the B & C Class customers industry.
- Manage OEM sales activities through effective communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies for mechanical seals, pumps, valves, compressors and rotating equipment.
- Provide technical support to customers by understanding their needs and offering solutions.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B Marketing or Sales & Marketing role within the Industrial equipment/machinery.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering (B.Tech / B.E.)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles applied to industrial equipment/machinery.
- Excellent sales/marketing and customer care skills for sales & support.
- Sales and marketing skills to support lead generation, product positioning, pricing discussions, and customer relationship management.
- Good analytical skills for conducting market research and competitive analysis.
- Good negotiation skills with new clients onboarding from enquiry to order
