Helmio is building a new category around helmet hygiene and everyday rider care. We’re creating smart, convenient helmet sanitisation solutions that make keeping your helmet clean as easy as grabbing a coffee.

We’re a young, creative and fast-moving startup, and this role is for someone who wants to do more than sit behind a desk. You’ll work across customers, B2B partnerships, marketing, content, installations and business growth—with plenty of room to learn and take ownership.

About the Role

As a Marketing Analyst at Helmio, you won't be confined to a narrow, repetitive desk job. You will play an active, hands-on role in shaping a brand-new category around helmet hygiene and everyday rider care.

Key Responsibilities

· Customer & Relationship Management: Act as a primary contact for prospective and existing customers, answer inquiries, guide buyers through their journey, and provide ongoing post-sales support.

· Location & Sales Support: Identify, evaluate, and secure high-value installation spots (cafés, petrol pumps, offices, malls, parking areas), coordinate with property owners, and assist sales with site coordination.

· B2B Partnerships: Proactively reach out to target businesses, pitch Helmio's value proposition, draft tailored partnership proposals, and follow up to close agreements.

· Marketing & Creative Direction: Brainstorm social media campaigns, shape creative concepts for reels and video shoots, collaborate with the creative team, and spot real-world stories for content.

· Installations & Launch Marketing: Support operations during on-site machine rollouts, coordinate launch-day local promotions, gather partner feedback, and optimize post-installation support.
