Role Description

Marketing & Business Development | Junior, Middle & Senior Management

EngravePlus is looking for dynamic professionals to strengthen its Marketing & Business Development team. In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, drive B2B sales, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to expand our presence across the printing, packaging, and allied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate and develop new business opportunities in B2B industrial markets.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.




- Drive sales growth through strategic business development initiatives.
- Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
- Coordinate with production and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Represent EngravePlus at industry exhibitions, customer meetings, and networking events.

Qualifications

We’re looking for professionals with:

- Experience in B2B / Industrial Marketing.
- Background in Sales & Business Development.
- Preferably from the flexible packaging industry, with exposure to gravure cylinder sales.
- Strong customer relationship and communication skills.
- Understanding of the printing, packaging, gravure, or allied industries.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
