Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Communications Executive role based in Chennai. The role involves developing and executing marketing communication plans that promote Odyssey’s products, solutions, and brand positioning in the information security domain. The Executive will draft and manage press releases, media content, and PR campaigns, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Responsibilities include handling social media marketing,



creating content for digital channels, and monitoring engagement and campaign performance. The role also requires supporting event-related communications, preparing marketing collateral, and collaborating with sales and product teams to align communication strategies with business objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Marketing Communications skills, including campaign planning and brand messaging.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
- Candidates should possess experience in Press Releases and Public Relations, including media outreach and relationship management.
- Candidates should possess Social Media Marketing skills for managing content, engagement, and analytics across platforms.
- Candidates should ideally have familiarity with technology or information security domains and an aptitude for learning technical concepts.
- Candidates should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Candidates should preferably hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in office in Chennai and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
