Role: Manufacturing Automation Engineer / Sr. Manufacturing Automation Engineer

Experience: 3 – 11 Years

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop manufacturing automation and assembly systems - Develop conveyor systems, material handling equipment, and transfer mechanisms - Design and implement pick-and-place systems using pneumatic, servo, and robotic technologies - Lead evaluation and deployment of Autonomous Mobile Robots (AMR) - Design warehouse automation solutions including ASRS, robotic palletizing, and automated storage systems - Integrate industrial robots for assembly, packaging, inspection, machine tending, and material handling - Design jigs, fixtures, and tooling for manufacturing and assembly processes - Support projects from concept, feasibility,



design, installation, commissioning, and production ramp-up - Prepare layouts, BOMs, technical specifications, and project documentation - Drive troubleshooting, process optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
