Role Description The Manufacturing Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to meet quality and output targets. The role involves implementing and monitoring quality control procedures, coordinating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

The Manufacturing

Manager will analyze performance metrics, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support strategic decisions related to production capacity and efficiency. This role also includes mentoring team members,



ensuring clear communication on production goals, and preparing operational reports for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management to oversee scheduling, capacity planning, and execution of manufacturing activities.
- Expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Operations Management to manage end-to-end shop floor processes and optimize resource utilization.
- Solid background in Quality Control to maintain product standards, implement inspections, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Experience leading manufacturing teams, with the ability to coach staff, manage performance, and foster a safe, effective work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing leadership role, preferably in high-volume or process-driven environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with proficiency in using production and inventory management software.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
