JOB Summary The Manager – Technical Services & Projects will play a key leadership role in the Technical

Department, directly overseeing the planning, target setting, budget governance, and highefficiency execution of all Oil &Gas;, City Gas Distribution (CGD), and EPC turnkey infrastructure projects.

Operating from the Gandhinagar Head Office, the incumbent will manage multi-site resources, enforce stringent Time-Cost-Quality-Safety (TCQS) metrics, drive client revenue through timely invoicing, and support strategic corporate growth initiatives.

1. Core Responsibilities

Strategic Project Planning & Execution Leadership

· Set operational milestones, define technical deliverables, and drive execution frameworks to deliver heavy infrastructure assignments on schedule and within budget parameters.

· Provide overarching management for simultaneous multi-site project operations, guaranteeing cross-functional alignment and technical consistency.

· Strategically plan, forecast, and deploy manpower, machinery, and material assets dynamically across active project fronts.

TCQS Governance & Regulatory Standards

· Enforce strict adherence to Time, Cost, Quality, and Safety (TCQS) performance milestones

· across all asset deployments.

· Institutionalize, review, and audit standardized technical operating procedures (SOPs) and

· safety management systems to safeguard crew and company parameters.

Client, Vendor & Stakeholder Management

· Function as the primary technical point-of-contact for corporate clients, establishing 100%

· satisfaction rates via transparent project status reviews and compliant client reporting

· systems.

· Oversee engineering contractors, vendors, and third-party agencies, managing service level

· agreements (SLAs) and deployment timelines tightly.





Commercial Management & Revenue Generation

· Track project progress to accurately trigger, raise, and process commercial invoices in a timely manner.

· Follow up persistently with client interfaces to explicit outstanding payments, closing revenue leakages and keeping executive management updated on cash collection cycles.

· Provide deep domain technical consulting, estimation support, and design validations to the Business Development wing during active tendering phases.

2. Required Qualifications & Experience

· Academic Background: BE / B.Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering from a reputed institute is mandatory.

· Desirable Post-Graduation: An ME / M.Tech or an MBA will be considered a distinct advantage.

· Experience Tenure: 12 to 15 years of progressive track record within the Oil & Gas, CGD, or heavy infrastructure EPC project sectors.

· Leadership Tenure: Minimum 5 years of experience in a core managerial or Assistant

· Manager capacity leading technical pipeline or infrastructure projects.

· Core Technical Exposures: Strong working familiarity across Natural Gas Pipelines (PE/Steel networks), Piped Natural Gas (PNG) domestic/commercial setups, LPG Reticulation grids, and in-plant industrial piping networks.

3. Key Technical & Behavioral Competencies

· Project Controls: Exceptional mastery over budget planning, cost-to-complete metrics, and financial progress tracking.

· Technical Versatility: Deep technical grasp over CGD network construction, statutory norms, and oil and gas safety regulations.

· Strategic Mobilization: Demonstrated strength in resource leveling and mobilizing manpower rapidly under fluctuating project demands.
