Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SOC professional with robust hands-on experience in IBM QRadar, SIEM and L2/L3 Security Operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring security alerts, analysing incidents, coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring timely incident resolution as per defined SOC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Continuously monitor SIEM dashboards and security alerts and identify potential security incidents.
- Perform initial analysis and investigation of alerts to identify genuine incidents and false positives.
- Handle L2/L3 security incident triage, analysis and escalation as per defined playbooks.
- Monitor security tools such as WAF, DLP, EDR, Anti-APT and identify security events or tool-related issues.
- Categorise incidents, assign them to the appropriate teams and track them until closure.




- Escalate critical security incidents and SLA breaches to the concerned teams.
- Maintain incident tickets, reports, trackers and other SOC documentation.
- Follow SOC procedures, incident management processes and security best practices.
- Participate in cyber drills, security exercises and other SOC activities.
- Work in a 24x7 rotational shift environment, including weekends and holidays.

Mandatory Skills:

- IBM QRadar
- SIEM
- L2/L3 SOC Operations
- Security Incident Management
- Incident Triage & Analysis
- Good understanding of TCP/IP, OSI Layers and LAN/WAN
- Exposure to WAF, DLP, EDR or Anti-APT tools

Preferred: CEH, OSCP or any equivalent Cyber Security certification.
