- Ensureing field concerns by correct root cause analysis & speedy implementation of corrective measure in mfg / design to meet organisation targets
- Genearte Field concern MIS & publish report,in XL/ PPT for function
- Conclusion of JI / dealer visit & ensure closure on time to delight customer
- Take appropriate actions in association with manufacturing, supplier quality & design & for closure of field & internal concerns
- Speedy & time bound closure of CC emerging concerns & immobilisation concerns
- Dealer / supplier or other plant location visit for benchmarking good thing & deployment
- Frequent connect with design team for handovering data / analysis & ensure action speed / CPN project
