Roles and responsibilities:

- Drive profitable growth and market share gain by identifying and executing the winning offer strategy, incorporating
- Offer portfolio optimization vs market requirements and competition
- Visibility of Pipeline to establish seemless flow from order to delivery.
- Revealing untapped sales potential in existing and/or emerging segments & applications
- Work with operations and design teams to serve special customer requirements

- Embed new offer/feature requirements into offer development roadmaps; contribute to conceptual design and feasibility work
- Align offer roadmaps of new launches and/or substitutions, support launch process
- Evaluate sales and margin performance vs targets, analyze gaps and call for corrective actions in case of deviations
- Support local offer managers to improve their offer and market knowledge and their offer marketing skills

The ideal candidate should have the below mentioned criterias:

- Have minimum 4-5 years experience in similar field.
- Ready to work as part of a diverse team striving to collaborate and create impact
- Eager to learn and adapt.
