Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement statistical and machine learning models for fraud detection and prevention.
- Analyze large datasets to identify fraud patterns, anomalies, and emerging threats.
- Monitor model performance, recalibrate thresholds, and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate models into operational systems.
- Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders on fraud trends and model effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards.

Qualifications
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- Robust knowledge of fraud risk management concepts and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with machine learning algorithms (e.g., logistic regression, decision trees, gradient boosting).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Prior experience in BFSI fraud analytics is preferred.
