Manager, Content Platform Governance

Position Summary The Program Manager, Content Platform Governance will execute the day-to-day operating model of the company’s sales enablement content ecosystem, with Highspot as the primary platform. This role ensures sellers can quickly find trusted, relevant, current content within their workflow and that content owners follow consistent standards for publishing, metadata, lifecycle management, and measurement.

The role is responsible for applying established governance standards and operating processes to ensure sales content is accurate, current, discoverable, properly tagged, and managed consistently. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across content owners, publishers, Sales, Marketing, Sales Enablement, and IT.

Key Responsibilities





- Operate and maintain the established Highspot governance model, including content structure, navigation, metadata, publishing standards, and lifecycle processes.
- Administer daily platform activities, including user access, publisher support, Spot and page updates, publishing coordination, and issue resolution.
- Review content submissions for required metadata, ownership, naming conventions, approvals, and alignment to publishing standards.
- Coordinate content lifecycle activities, including scheduled reviews, content updates, archival, retirement, and remediation of outdated or duplicate materials.
- Maintain accurate content records, governance trackers, publisher lists, and documentation of standards and operating procedures.
- Conduct routine platform-health and content-quality audits; identify gaps and coordinate remediation with publishers and content owners.
- Support content owners and publishers with training, guidance, and practical assistance in using Highspot and following governance requirements.
- Produce recurring reporting on content health, metadata completion, publishing activity, aging content, platform usage, and publisher compliance.
- Help translate reporting insights into clear action lists for content owners, business groups, and governance reviews.
- Coordinate platform change requests, integrations, and technical issues with IT, Digital Transformation, and platform support teams.
- Partner with content-strategy and seller-experience teams to ensure governed content is easy for sellers to find and use.




- Maintain operational continuity and document key decisions, risks, and outstanding actions.
- Interface with Highspot including vendor relationship and contract

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience in sales enablement, content operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, digital platforms, or a related field.
- Experience working with a content-management, knowledge-management, sales enablement, or digital experience platform.
- Experience managing operational processes involving content publishing, metadata, taxonomy, approvals, or content lifecycle management.
- Strong organizational and project-coordination skills, with the ability to manage detailed work across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- Robust attention to detail and a consistent approach to quality control, documentation, and follow-through.
- Comfortable using reports and data to identify issues, track progress, and communicate operational performance.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Highspot or a similar sales enablement platform.
- Experience supporting global sales, marketing, or enablement organizations.
- Familiarity with CRM, learning platforms, digital content systems, or enterprise collaboration tools.
- Experience with Power BI, Qlik, Excel, or similar reporting tools.
- Experience providing end-user support, training, or publisher enablement.
