Key Responsibilities :

- Vendor Management: Source, vet, and hire local service providers for landscaping, pool maintenance, security, and repairs.
- Contract Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate service-level agreements (SLAs) and pricing with external contractors.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all on-site workers follow local safety regulations, building codes, and property privacy rules.
- Budget Tracking: Monitor maintenance spending, approve vendor invoices, and track contract renewals or terminations.
- Site Supervision: Coordinate routine property inspections and oversee active repair or remodeling projects on the bungalow grounds.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in contract administration, vendor management, or residential property oversight.
- Skills: Robust negotiation, local building compliance knowledge, budget tracking, and clear communication.
