Role: Management Trainee - Strategy & Special Projects

What You'll Actually Do:

- Work closely with senior leadership on important business initiatives and special projects.
- Take ownership of projects from idea -> planning -> execution -> closure.
- Research markets, companies, competitors, trends, celebrities, industries and potential business opportunities.
- Help build presentations, proposals, strategies, reports and business plans.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and external partners to keep projects moving.
- Support marketing, business development and brand initiatives when required.
- Identify problems, opportunities and gaps and proactively suggest solutions.




- Help turn ideas into actionable plans and make sure they actually get executed.
- Track projects, timelines, deliverables and people involved.
- Work on ad-hoc problems where the answer or process may not already exist.
