As an Engineering Management Trainee, you will go through a structured learning and development program designed to give you hands-on experience across key operational, technical, and client management functions

This role is ideal for recent 2026 MBA graduates with background in B.Tech/ B.E , who are passionate about technology, problem-solving, and people management — and want to grow into future leaders within our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Acquire skill in client handling, project and people management, reporting & presentation. - Assist in planning, monitoring, and improving project execution, workflow and automation apps, and service delivery metrics. - Help prepare presentations for client interactions, business reviews, and project governance meetings and actively present.



- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support automation, data analysis, and process improvements. - Analyze operational data, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements. - Support operations leaders for effective cost management through resource planning, productivity tracking and governance.
