Role Description The Management Representative is a full time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for overseeing compliance with management systems, policies, and procedures across the organization. This role coordinates internal audits, monitors process performance, and ensures adherence to quality, environmental, and safety standards.

The Management

Representative collaborates with department heads to implement corrective and preventive actions, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and prepares reports for senior management. Daily activities include maintaining documentation, facilitating management reviews,



supporting training efforts related to standards and policies, and serving as a key point of contact for external audits or certifications. The role requires close interaction with operations, EPC, and customer service teams to ensure that management system objectives align with business and sustainability goals.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong organizational and documentation skills, including experience with management systems (e.g., ISO standards), policy implementation, and audit coordination.
- Candidates should possess analytical and problem-solving skills for monitoring performance metrics, identifying process gaps, and driving corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates should possess communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct training, and present findings to senior leadership.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of quality, environmental, and safety practices, preferably within manufacturing, renewable energy, or EPC environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, management, or a related field; relevant certifications in quality or management systems (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor) are an advantage.
- Ability to work in office in Surat, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a detail-oriented, proactive approach to continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with solar industry operations, EPC projects, or sustainability initiatives is beneficial.
