Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Management Information System Executive role based in North Delhi. The role involves preparing, updating, and maintaining MIS reports and dashboards to support management decisions. The MIS Executive will collect, consolidate, and analyze data from various internal systems, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.

Responsibilities include monitoring key performance indicators, identifying trends, and sharing actionable insights with relevant stakeholders. The role also requires coordination with internal teams to improve data flows, documentation, and reporting processes,



while supporting ad hoc data requests and continuous process enhancement.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS) skills, with experience in handling structured data and reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate meaningful insights.
- Candidates should possess expertise in MIS Reporting, including creating, maintaining, and automating periodic management reports and dashboards.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present findings to management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other spreadsheet or BI tools, along with basic knowledge of databases, is highly beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines are important.
- Prior experience in an accounting, audit, or financial services environment will be an advantage.
