Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and retain a high-performing sales team (AMs, TMs, SOs).
- Drive achievement of location targets and improve productivity.
- Manage Category A & B sources and channel partner relationships.
- Oversee project approvals and coordinate with Legal & developers.
- Increase Self-Employed & High-Value loan contribution.
- Monitor market intelligence, competitor activity, and real estate trends.
- Ensure smooth disbursement process and compliance adherence.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and town halls.
Eligibility
- Graduate/MBA preferred
- 8–15 years in Home Loan/Mortgage sales
- 3+ years in team handling role
- Solid local market knowledge (Kanpur preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office
