Are you passionate about infrastructure monitoring, incident management, and observability? We are looking for a LogicMonitor Administrator / Monitoring Engineer to join our growing operations team and help ensure the availability and performance of enterprise IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, configure, and maintain the LogicMonitor platform.

Monitor servers, network devices, cloud infrastructure, and applications.

Perform proactive monitoring, alert validation, and incident triage.

Manage incidents and service requests through ITSM tools and defined SOPs.

Onboard and configure new devices, applications, and Configuration Items (CIs)



into LogicMonitor.

Collaborate with ISP vendors, OEMs, and internal L2/L3 support teams for issue resolution.

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and monitoring workflows.

Support automation initiatives using scripting and monitoring best practices.
