Aberdeenshire Podiatry Service is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Healthcare Support Worker to join our friendly and supportive team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and making a real difference to the health and wellbeing of patients across Aberdeenshire. Working alongside Podiatrists and Assistant Practitioners, you will support the delivery of high-quality podiatry care to individuals with a range of foot health needs.

The successful candidate will work in both clinic and community settings, supporting clinical services and helping ensure patients receive safe, effective and person-centred care.

The Healthcare Support Worker Will

- Support the delivery of delegated podiatry treatments and interventions.
- Assist with the preparation of clinics and treatment areas.
- Undertake equipment cleaning, decontamination and stock management duties.
- Support administrative and patient-related activities as required.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate clinical records.




- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Support patients to manage their foot health and maintain independence.

We Are Looking For An Individual Who

- Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Is caring, compassionate and patient-focused.
- Can work independently and as part of a team.
- Has good organisational and time-management skills.
- Is willing to undertake training and development opportunities.
- Has experience working in a health and social care workplace.
