About the RolePlacement Pulse is looking for an enthusiastic MBA student or recent graduate to join us as a Podcast Partnerships & Outreach Intern.

You will be responsible for identifying relevant professionals, founders, industry experts, MBA graduates, and other engaging personalities and reaching out to them through LinkedIn and other professional channels to invite them for podcasts and collaborations with Placement Pulse.

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in LinkedIn outreach, professional networking, guest acquisition, communication, and relationship building.

? What You'll Do

- Identify and research potential podcast guests across different industries and professional backgrounds.
- Find relevant professionals and decision-makers on LinkedIn.
- Craft personalized outreach messages and connect with potential guests.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain professional communication.
- Convince and coordinate with potential guests for podcast participation.
- Maintain a database/tracker of outreach, responses, follow-ups, and confirmed guests.
- Coordinate with the Placement Pulse team for scheduling and podcast requirements.
- Explore new ways to increase podcast reach and build meaningful industry connections.
- Contribute ideas for potential guests, podcast themes, and collaborations.

? What We're Looking For
- MBA students,



preferably from Marketing, Business Development, HR, Communications, or related backgrounds.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using LinkedIn for professional networking.
- Good research and prospecting skills.
- Confident in approaching and communicating with professionals.
- Proactive, persistent, and willing to take ownership.
- Ability to write clear and personalized LinkedIn messages.
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, business development, recruitment, or outreach is a plus — but not mandatory.
