Role Description The Legal Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Legal

Executive will review, draft, and finalize a variety of legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and property-related documentation, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and internal policies. This role involves providing legal advice to internal stakeholders, supporting business transactions, and coordinating with external counsel when needed.

Executive will manage conveyancing activities, maintain accurate legal records, and assist with due diligence on properties and other assets. The position also includes monitoring regulatory changes, mitigating legal risks,



and supporting cross-functional teams with transparent, practical legal guidance.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law with the ability to interpret and apply relevant statutes and regulations.
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements.
- Experience providing clear, actionable Legal Advice to business teams and leadership.
- Knowledge of Property Law and hands-on experience in Conveyancing and related documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B); LL.M or specialized certifications in corporate or property law are an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple matters concurrently, and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in an IT, technology, or system integration company is beneficial.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in law (LLB)

Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate legal function or law firm.

Sound knowledge of corporate, commercial, and labour laws.

Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Preferred Skills: Familiarity with recent case laws and acts.
