About the Role We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our in-house legal team at a technology company. This internship offers hands-on exposure to commercial contracting, legal operations, compliance, and business advisory. The selected candidate will work closely with the legal team and gain practical experience supporting day-to-day legal functions.

Key Responsibilities 1. Review and proofread commercial agreements.

- Assist in the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting support, contract execution, maintaining contract repositories, and tracking renewals and expiries.
- Maintain legal trackers, MIS reports, contract databases, and other legal documentation.
- Conduct legal research on corporate, commercial, technology, intellectual property, and data privacy laws.
- Assist in drafting legal notes, summaries, and internal guidance documents.
- Support the legal team in compliance-related activities, including data privacy (DPDPA/GDPR), stamping, and corporate compliance documentation.




- Coordinate with internal business teams to facilitate timely execution of legal documentation.

- Robust interest in corporate/commercial law and in-house legal practice.
- Excellent legal research, analytical, and drafting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
