Leasing Associate Location: Bangalore Experience: 1 Year Key Responsibilities - Coordinate daily with the Leasing Team.
- Work closely with Legal, Finance, and Projects teams.
- Prepare Recce reports and coordinate store invoice clearance.
- Coordinate with landlords to resolve store-related issues.
- Manage and track Security Deposit (SD) payments for new stores.
- Prepare MIS reports and presentations using robust Excel and PowerPoint skills.
