Make an Impact Through Strategic StaffingWe are looking for a seasoned Staffing & Resource Management professional to take ownership of staffing across key practice areas and play a strategic role in workforce deployment.

This is a high-visibility position that requires someone who can work confidently with senior leadership, understand complex business requirements, make sound staffing decisions, and simultaneously keep employee development and career aspirations at the center of the process.

What You Will OwnStrategic Staffing

- Own staffing demand and resource allocation across designated practice areas.
- Translate project requirements into effective staffing solutions.
- Manage staffing for senior cohorts and leadership-level resources.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to build and close effective project teams.
- Proactively identify upcoming staffing requirements and resource risks.

People & Development
- Align staffing decisions with individual development objectives and career aspirations.
- Consider employee preferences, home location, case preferences, skills, and staffing flexibility.
- Partner with HR/CDC teams to identify meaningful experience opportunities.
- Monitor individual deployment and proactively recommend staffing changes where required.
- Support effective leave planning and business continuity.

Workforce Planning & Analytics
- Own weekly staffing forecasts and availability reporting.




- Prepare scenarios and recommendations for weekly staffing discussions.
- Monitor case staffing percentages and identify exceptions or opportunities for optimization.
- Drive appropriate swaps and staffing interventions to achieve target staffing levels.
- Publish accurate weekly staffing reports for Finance and other stakeholders.

Stakeholder Management
- Build strong relationships with senior consulting and business leadership.
- Serve as a trusted advisor on staffing and resource-related matters.
- Work cross-functionally with HR/CDC, Finance, Mobility, Recruiting, and Staffing teams.
- Lead staffing forums and respond to staffing-related queries.
- Communicate staffing rationale with clarity, transparency, and a strong personal touch.

What You Bring
- 8–12 years of experience in HR, staffing, resource management, workforce planning, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience managing staffing in a complex, high-volume environment.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, or a large service-sector MNC is highly desirable.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people-management and leadership capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
- Solid analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to make decisions independently and operate effectively in a matrixed organization.
- A hands-on, solutions-oriented approach with strong business judgment.
