We at Shree Vidhatte Interiors are looking for an experienced Lead Interior Designer with hands-on experience in Premium Residential Turnkey Projects, from concept development to design completion and execution coordination.

- Space Planning & Design Development
- 2D Drafting essential.
- Client Handling & Presentation Skills
- Material Selection (Laminates, Veneers, Tiles, Fabrics, Lighting, Hardware, etc.)
- Working Drawings & Detail Drawings
- Site Coordination & Project Management
- BOQ, Estimation & Costing
- Vendor and Contractor Management
- Team Leadership & Mentoring
- Knowledge of Design Standards and Execution Practices
- Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience in premium/luxury residential turnkey projects will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple interior design projects.
- Conduct client meetings and requirement discussions.
- Develop concepts, layouts, and material palettes.
- Review and approve 2D & 3D drawings.
- Coordinate with design, execution,



and procurement teams.
- Monitor site progress and quality standards.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client expectations.
- Train and guide junior designers.

Software Knowledge
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- 3Ds Max / V-Ray
- Revit (Preferred)
- Photoshop
- MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation/Salary Range (India): 40,000 - 50,000+ Lead Interior Designer salaries vary by firm size, portfolio strength, and experience.
