Senior ServiceNow Developer

Locations: Hyderabad / Bangalore / Pune / Chennai / Kochi / Trivandrum / Noida

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with robust expertise in ServiceNow platform development, ITSM modules, integrations, workflow automation, and JavaScript scripting. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Implement and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Service Catalog.
- Create workflows, Flow Designer solutions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, ACLs, and Notifications.
- Build custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine and Scoped Applications.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, LDAP, and SSO.
- Develop and customize Service Portal components and widgets.
- Support CMDB, Discovery, Asset Management, platform upgrades,



deployments, and release activities.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and participate in Agile delivery activities.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, AJAX, AngularJS, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, Service Portal, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, CMDB, and ServiceNow security.
- Expertise in REST/SOAP integrations and enterprise application connectivity.
- Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and ATF (Automated Test Framework).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of ITIL processes.

Certifications
- Mandatory: ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator)
- Preferred: CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM
