We are looking for an experienced

Lead Engineer – Java to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-performance Java applications. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java and Spring Boot, experience with microservices and cloud technologies, and the ability to mentor engineers while driving technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities : Lead the design and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance Java applications . Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software engineers. Design and implement microservices-based architectures using Java and Spring Boot. Develop clean, maintainable, and reusable code following industry best practices. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding and architectural standards. Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders. Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions. Drive application performance, scalability, security, and reliability improvements. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decision-making. Mentor junior and mid-level developers and support their technical growth. Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high quality. Contribute to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud deployment practices. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend suitable solutions.

Required Skills : Strong hands-on experience with

Core Java, Java 8+ , Collections,



Multithreading, Exception Handling, and JVM concepts. Excellent knowledge of

Spring, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Security . Strong experience in

REST APIs and Microservices Architecture . Experience with

Hibernate/JPA . Valuable understanding of

SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Experience with

Kafka/RabbitMQ or other messaging systems. Familiarity with

Docker and Kubernetes . Experience with

AWS, Azure, or GCP . Strong understanding of

Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins/GitHub Actions and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with unit testing frameworks such as

JUnit and Mockito . Strong understanding of software design principles,

SOLID, design patterns, and system design . Good to Have : Experience working with high-volume, distributed systems . Knowledge of frontend technologies such as Angular or React. Experience with

Redis, Elasticsearch, or similar technologies . Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in designing cloud-native applications. Knowledge of application monitoring and observability tools. Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in
