We're Hiring: Lead AI Engineer – Agentic AI & Computer Vision

Location: Kochi – BB Arcade

NGXP Technologies is looking for a Lead AI Engineer with strong expertise in Agentic AI & Computer Vision to lead the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions for internal and client projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect and develop Agentic AI, multi-agent systems & advanced Computer Vision solutions
- Build AI applications using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, LLMs, VLMs, YOLO, SAM & multimodal models
- Develop solutions for object detection, segmentation, video intelligence, visual reasoning & AI agents
- Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, enterprise applications & MCP
- Deploy and optimize AI models across cloud & edge environments using Docker, Kubernetes, ONNX & TensorRT
- Implement MLOps, monitoring, evaluation & model optimization
- Collaborate with .NET, React, Angular, Node.js, Flutter & other engineering teams
- Take AI initiatives from concept to production





Required Skills

Expert-level Python with strong PyTorch/OpenCV experience

Robust knowledge of Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering & Multi-Agent Frameworks

Computer Vision expertise in YOLO, SAM, ViT, VLMs & Multimodal AI

Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, Qwen, Gemini, LLaVA or similar models

Knowledge of MCP, Vector Databases, Model Optimization & AI Deployment

Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps & Production AI Systems

Strong leadership, problem-solving & end-to-end project ownership skills
